Who Should Attend?
The NYS Funders Conference is open to both members and non-members of the NY Funders Alliance.
Content is designed for all staff and trustees of foundations, grantmaking institutions, and corporate giving offices from across New York State who are interested in a broad spectrum of topics and funding priorities. Whether you’re new to the field or a more seasoned grantmaker, this conference is for you.
Cancellation Policy
The NY Funders Alliance recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may require registrants to cancel their attendance. If you are unable to attend the event, the NY Funders Alliance encourages transferring registration to another individual within your organization, at no extra cost. Substitutions can take place until 8/30/2019.
Cancellations received by 8/5 will receive a partial refund, less transaction fees of 25%. Between 8/6 and 8/30, cancellations will receive a partial refund, less transaction fees of 50%. After 8/30, we are unable to provide refunds.

Non-Solicitation Policy
We have a clear non-solicitation policy for all programs and events. NY Funders Alliance seeks to create a community of shared inquiry characterized by mutual respect and trust. As such, we ask all program participants to refrain from soliciting funds or business at our meetings.
If you are a consultant or otherwise provide services to foundations for compensation, you will not solicit clients or promote your services at the event other than to provide a business card or other referral only if directly requested by a program participant.
Additionally, all teaching materials and language shall not use qualitative or comparative language regarding your products and services; price information or other indications of savings or value; calls to action; endorsements of your products and services; or inducements to buy, sell, rent, or lease your products and services.
