
A signature of NY Funders Alliance is the presentation of high-quality programming, connection opportunities, and networking forums for grantmakers who work and fund in New York State. In the last several years we have held signature events in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse.
The event will include thoughtful plenary presentations, engaging breakout sessions, and new networking opportunities for grantmakers from across New York State. Each element of the conference will create space for funders to learn together and share best practices to advance effective philanthropy in our state.

Location: Albany Capital Center (55 Eagle St., Albany, NY 12207)
Who Should Attend: Staff and trustees from all grantmaking organizations funding work in New York State—community foundations, private foundations, United Ways, corporate giving programs, family foundations, and other philanthropic entities. Both NY Funders Alliance members and non-members are welcome.

Registration for the 2025 NYS Funders Conference opens in early July. You may register through this page and via the Whova app. Check back soon!
Cancellation & Transfers: Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization.
Hotel Reservations: We encourage you to reserve a room at the Albany Renaissance Hotel—conveniently connected to the conference venue by a covered walkway. A discounted rate of $199/night is available through October 1 or until the block is sold out. Book your room at the Albany Renaissance Hotel.
