- A report just released by the Annie E. Casey Foundation titled “2018 Kids Count Data Book,” discusses the ramifications of undercounting young children in 2020. Past Census counts have repeatedly undercounted children, and the consequences can have significant effects on the education, health, and housing for the younger generation.
