The 2020 Census is coming! April 1st, 2019 marked one year until Census Day 2020. The census is the foundation of our democracy, and it’s on all of us to ensure that everyone gets counted. That’s why NY Funders Alliance has created a page of resources specifically geared toward supporting efforts to “Get Out the Count” in New York. - New York – 2020 Census Work Group – The goal of the group is to have a statewide census fund, hosted at The New York Community Trust, and called the NEW YORK STATE CENSUS EQUITY FUND, operational and disbursing grants by the spring of 2019.
