  1. The Urban Institute unveiled a new interactive data tool earlier this month that allows users to explore gains and losses in the nonprofit sector by metropolitan area over the last 20 years. Use the Tool Here.
  2. A federal judge has temporarily halted implementation of a federal policy intended to confer overtime benefits on more than 4 million additional workers, including many at nonprofits. Read the Full Story Here.

Last week’s Friday Rewind shared a new report with you that talked about how increased wealth inequality is leading to increased disparities in philanthropic giving between upper-class and middle-class Americans.
